Warwick Melrose Hotel, Dallas

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and roomy, making my experience very enjoyable. The service was exceptional, from the valets to check-in, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure everything leading up to our wedding weekend went smoothly. The location was perfect for us, being close to both the wedding venue at SMU and the reception at the Carsile Room downtown. However, the dining options were a bit limited in value, which was a minor drawback.

The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although small compared to previous stays and equipped with two full beds instead of queens, were generally satisfactory. The service, especially with vehicle retrieval, went above and beyond with a caring approach, despite some communication issues. The location, while a bit far from downtown, offered convenience and comfort in a pleasant neighborhood. The dining, although basic and limited in value, had some highlights with a pleasant server named Gene. Overall, a decent stay with both positives and negatives.

My stay at the hotel was quite nice, with fantastic rooms that always felt comfortable and welcoming, offering a wonderful view of Dallas. The location in the Uptown district of Oak Lawn was terrific, even though it was a little off the popular path. The service was great, especially from Ernesto, the driver, and Bellman, who went above and beyond to assist us. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with a mishap in my order and cold food served. The facilities overall were satisfactory.

I stayed at this hotel that felt just like staying at an old lady's house, with spacious rooms and a bit of a miss without a lounging sofa, but still charming. The junior staff lacked some hospitality skills compared to the senior team, which was noticeable. Despite this, the room was very large and lovely, giving a cozy feel.

The hotel's location was perfect, offering great music and proximity to fun activities and restaurants. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Nyasla and Shanda, who were super-friendly and accommodating.
